I LOVE MY JOB
Imagine rolling around on the floor with little ones (big ones too!!)  Capturing a families love on film, to be a story and an heirloom for generations to come.  There’s no cheese at Childish, just lots of laughter and giggles.  It looks and sounds chaotic (because it normally is!).  That’s how you get the best smiles and the cheeky glint in a child’s eye.  I love working with kids mainly because they are so real, there’s no pretence and they are so unpredictable, you just don’t know which way it’s going to go.  That’s why I never tire of it, everyday always so different and so challenging.

I have been a Photographer for 18 years studying originally at RMIT in Melbourne.  I also have Certificate 3 in Children’s Services (I always wanted to be a kindergarten teacher too!!). I have specialized in Black & White images of pregnant women, babies, children and families for the last 9 years.  I can’t see myself giving it up (maybe when I’m too old to get down on the floor and roll anymore!)

KRISTIE
Kristie is my studio right hand.  She is in charge of the studio itself, its presentation and its preparation.  She produces many of our marketing materials and collates and organises the final orders (keeping tabs on me!!)  Kristie can be found in the studio, on the phone or manning one of our many promotional displays around town.  Kristie is a Mum to 4 gorgeous kids and is presently studying Certificate 3 in Childrens Services.

 

LINDA
Linda is my technological left hand.  She has embraced and is flying with our Facebook, blog, databases, birthday club and our new and exciting monthly newsletter.  She handles all the behind scene running of a small business.  She has three cute kids and also runs her own small business SocialSense.

Both are amazing women, who give me back the time to devote to doing what I love - photographing families!!!
